Turkish Airlines tr5mxx PNR
On January 22, 2024, I purchased two tickets for flights from Istanbul Airport to Antalya Airport on January 22, 2024, at 23:18, and from Antalya Airport to Istanbul Airport on June 7, 2024. On February 22, 2024, I received the following message:
Dear R** S*** T****,
Your flight on June 3, TK2414 from Istanbul (IST) at 11:10 to Antalya (AYT) at 12:40 has been changed to TK2418 from Istanbul (IST) at 16:25 to Antalya (AYT) at 17:55. Tr5mxx
In response to this message, I contacted customer service. Due to an operational issue and the change made without my consent, the customer representatives changed my flight code and time to my desired time at no extra cost. However, on April 2, 2024, at around 21:35, I received another message notifying me that my flight code and time had been changed again without my consent.

Your flight on June 3, TK2422 from Istanbul (IST) at 09:40 to Antalya (AYT) at 11:05 has been changed to TK2434 from Istanbul (IST) at 17:30 to Antalya (AYT) at 19:00. Tr5mxx
Due to a similar issue I had experienced before and the new flight times not fitting my schedule, I did not approve any changes. The flight on June 3, 2024, TK2434 from Istanbul (IST) at 17:30 to Antalya (AYT) at 19:00 does not match my hotel check-in times and other plans, causing me inconvenience. During my conversation with customer service, I was informed that the change would be chargeable and I could change the ticket for ₺450.
Additionally, I was informed by both the app and customer representatives that there are no flights available from the morning until noon on June 3, 2024. The constant rescheduling of my morning flight to the evening and the unavailability of a morning flight, followed by opening seats for business class, is truly unacceptable.
