Turkish Airlines Canceled My Istanbul-Amman Flight and Did Not Rebook My Ticket

On February 21, 2025, our Istanbul-Amman flight was canceled due to weather conditions. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that our flight had been rescheduled to February 22, 2025, at 14:05. However, due to an error by Turkish Airlines staff, no changes were made to our ticket, and it was placed on hold instead. Since our international flights were booked in sequence, our return flight was also canceled. Not only were our team members stranded at the airport, but we were also told that our tickets had been canceled and that we needed to purchase new ones. We demand that our issue be resolved as it was caused by staff error. Customer service records all calls, so the voice recordings should be reviewed. Our refund must be processed immediately. We expect a response regarding this matter and will file complaints with the necessary authorities if needed.
