Issue with Turkish Airlines Ticket Booking for Istanbul Airport
I purchased three tickets from Turkish Airlines for flights scheduled 6 months later. Ten minutes after booking, I realized that the flight lands at Istanbul Airport, but I need to arrive at Sabiha Gokcen Airport for an important meeting at 8 AM. If I am late, I will face serious issues. It is impossible for me to reach Kartal from Istanbul Airport by 06:05. I requested a ticket cancellation, but they refused. I mentioned that according to the Consumer Protection Law, I have the right to return the service within 14 days without providing any reason, yet they still did not cancel the tickets. They also responded negatively to the records I opened. There are still 6 months until the flight, and the company cannot claim any loss. I request the resolution of this issue and a refund for the flights listed below with their PNR numbers. Turkish Airlines' rules should not override the Consumer Protection Law.
