Turkish Airlines Canceled My Ticket for Flight TK2646 Despite Arriving on Time
Although I arrived at the final gate for Turkish Airlines flight TK2646 from Istanbul to Elazig, scheduled to depart at 21:05 on 23.10.2024, at 20:43, I was told that the gate was closed, and my ticket was canceled, leaving me stranded. The monitor displays only showed a "final call" warning for those heading to the gate, and until I arrived, there was no indication that the gate had already closed. I couldn't get any assistance from the staff, who displayed an indifferent attitude and told me, "Complain wherever you want." I request that the security camera footage from that time be reviewed, my ticket refunded, and my grievance addressed. I also kindly request your support in ensuring that my complaint is taken into consideration and thoroughly investigated.
