I Missed Turkish Airlines Flight Due to Early Gate Closure
Despite arriving at the airport counter at 19:15 and having already completed the check-in process for the 20:00 Izmir-Istanbul flight on 01.02.2024, I was informed that the gates had closed 20 minutes prior and that no assistance could be provided. This led to me missing the flight, even though I could have made it if they had helped. Subsequently, I was sent to another department, wasting my time. When I finally reached the sales department at 19:30, I was told that nothing could be done regarding my flight. I did not expect a company like Turkish Airlines to cause such inconvenience to its customers. The staff were absolutely unhelpful, and as a result, I no longer intend to use Turkish Airlines. I urgently request that my inconvenience be resolved.
