Employees of Turkish Airlines Caused Me to Miss My Flight

On 11/11/2023, I arrived at Istanbul Airport at 17:30 for my Istanbul-Adana flight TK2466, scheduled to depart at 18:40. I headed to the counters to board my plane 1 hour and 10 minutes before the flight, only to find that my seat number was no longer available on the machine. I asked for help from the employees, and they directed me to another counter. However, when I reached this counter, they informed me that they had closed the system before my turn and sent me to yet another counter. The staff member at this counter kept me waiting for a long time and then told me that I was late and did not process my request. As a result, I missed my flight due to the employees of Turkish Airlines persistently delaying me and causing me to waste time. I request that my grievance be addressed and my losses compensated.
