Turkish Airlines Flight Issue and Staff Behavior at Istanbul Airport

On January 16, 2024, I had a flight ticket with Turkish Airlines from Istanbul Airport to Antalya Airport at 13:45. At 13:23, we were in front of gate G5(A), and there was no staff there. Later, a staff member from the adjacent gate came and mockingly said, 'Your plane has left,' and insulted us. We were there 20 minutes before the gate closed, and when we showed the time, it was 13:24. The staff member said, 'I won't let you in, what will you do?' After that, we struggled to find our luggage and couldn't find anyone to assist us. We had to borrow money to buy another flight ticket. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation in my life, and we were severely inconvenienced. It is unacceptable for there to be no staff at the gate 23 minutes before departure and for the staff from the adjacent gate to mock and insult us. There seems to be a group B, and their staff usually behave this way. It is very upsetting that the ticket I bought with my last money was wasted and we had to borrow money to buy a new ticket. I request a refund for the new tickets I purchased and an investigation into the behavior of those staff members.
