Turkish Airlines Denied Me Boarding Despite Flight Delaying by 40 Minutes

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent experience with Turkish Airlines. On September 29th, 2024, I was scheduled to fly on flight TK035 from Istanbul to Montreal. Despite arriving at the gate at 14:35, I was denied boarding because the gate had been closed at 14:30. However, the flight did not depart until 15:16. What adds to my confusion is that, while I was denied boarding, my luggage was successfully removed from the plane in time. This clearly shows that there was still enough time before departure to allow me to board, making the denial even more frustrating.
