Turkish Airlines Canceled My Flight Without My Consent and I Was Unable to Get Full Refund
I purchased a round-trip ticket to Istanbul Europe through an agency via Turkish Airlines. However, my return ticket was canceled. I had to buy a new ticket from another airline to return. My ticket was automatically canceled, and a small amount was refunded to the agency as a tax refund. Despite having the right to change my ticket or get a full refund within a year, this was not done.
They are acting as they please by forcing 85 million people to rely on two airlines. It is said that no refund is given because my ticket is in the economy class.
I paid for a service, and if the service is not provided, I demand that the ticket be changed or fully refunded. Turkish Airlines is not a reliable company.
