I purchased a round-trip ticket to Istanbul Europe through an agency via Turkish Airlines. However, my return ticket was canceled. I had to buy a new ticket from another airline to return. They are acting as they please by forcing 85 million people to rely on two airlines. It is said that no refund is given because my ticket is in the economy class.
