My flight ticket from Turkish Airlines was canceled without any explanation, and because I was unaware of the cancellation, I was forced to purchase a new ticket at my own expense. The THY counter staff did not provide the necessary information, leaving me stranded and inconvenienced. I spent about 7 hours at the airport, being sent from one place to another with no assistance. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I expect compensation for the time and money lost due to this mishandling.
