I Missed Turkish Airlines Flight 07:40 Due to Check-in Delay

I had a ticket for the 07:40 Antalya/Istanbul flight with Turkish Airlines. At around 07:00, I was informed that I could not proceed with check-in and would not be allowed to board the flight, and that I needed to purchase another ticket. Despite explaining that I frequently fly and have never encountered such an issue, and that the long queues were due to the holiday rush, neither I nor many other passengers were allowed to board. We were there an hour before the flight, but due to the heavy traffic, we only reached the counter just in time. As a result, my family and I were greatly inconvenienced. We had to buy new tickets, wait for 7 hours at the airport with children, and missed work, causing both financial and emotional distress. I would like to emphasize that I was unable to reach any responsible person by phone.
