No Reimbursement Granted for Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation

I had a terrible experience with Turkish Airlines when my flight to Hatay was unexpectedly canceled. Even though they assured me they would transfer me to a different flight, the customer service team failed to follow through, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. Adding to the already chaotic situation, the airport staff mistakenly directed me to Adana instead of Hatay, which resulted in significant financial and emotional distress throughout the journey from Adana to Hatay. The customer service of Turkish Airlines has been extremely unhelpful, consistently denying any possibility of reaching a fair resolution. I kindly request appropriate compensation for the financial and emotional hardships I have experienced.
