Turkish Airlines Flight Postponement Issue
I bought a ticket from Turkish Airlines for a return trip from Kars to Istanbul on December 19, 2023, for 2 people. All hotel expenses for the days we would spend in Kars were already paid. On December 8, I received an email stating that the flight was postponed by exactly 1 day.

Due to operational reasons, there has been a change in your flight TK2715 Kars (ksy) 12:30 - Istanbul (ist) 14:55 on December 19, 2023.
You can accept the new flight we have planned for you or make changes if needed through the ticket management page on our mobile app and website.
Since we had no other option, we accepted the new flight. We requested accommodation from Turkish Airlines because the flight was postponed due to their reasons. The feedback was negative.
We can't find anyone to address our issue. We have to incur an additional night's expense in Kars because of Turkish Airlines.
They should cover the accommodation expenses.
