Turkish Airlines Flight Rescheduling Issue
On 20.07.2024, Turkish Airlines rescheduled my flight to 19.07.2024 and forced us to confirm it. They said if we didn't, we wouldn't be able to board and the flight would be canceled. Now, they are not allowing us to use our free change option, claiming we have already used it and are demanding a fee. This was not my choice; you changed the flight schedule, not me. I am currently in a difficult situation. Will you cover my one-day hotel expenses and car rental fees? I expect an explanation on this matter. When I provide feedback, I receive nonsensical responses. Turkish Airlines is not giving me a proper explanation and is not granting me the right I paid extra for. They are using the rescheduling of their own flight as an excuse. I want the change I am entitled to, or I will seek my rights through legal means.
