Turkish Airlines Boston Flight Cancellation and Subsequent Issues

Our April 15th, 21:50 Boston-Istanbul flight was canceled. Currently, we are in Boston, and despite available seats, they are asking for ₺40,000 to put us on the next flight as standby passengers. They only arranged a hotel for one night. Now, we have to leave the hotel and fend for ourselves. We have been severely affected both financially and emotionally, and I can't call my spouse because my phone is not set up for international calls. M**** T*****, whose name is in your system, we had to pay a fortune for the hotel. We ran out of clean clothes and had to wash them by hand. We lost customers due to missing work, affecting us financially and damaging our reputation. I only brought enough medication for my intended stay, and now I'm out of medicine. You are unaware of these issues and have not provided any assistance. Addressing this will be my first priority upon return. We trusted Turkish Airlines, and what we experienced was a complete disappointment.
Progress
We had a Boston-Istanbul flight exactly 1 month ago. We boarded our plane and were waiting for takeoff when the flight was canceled. They made us all get off the plane without any explanation and arranged a hotel for one night. We found a flight for the next day, and they told us that the tickets started at $300, which we couldn't understand. They then told us that we could use our ticket two days later. We asked them to cover our hotel for one more night, and they said, "You cover it, invoice us, and we will reimburse you." They said they would get back to us within 14 days and started another 14-day process. Look, either compensate us for our inconvenience or we will seek our rights in a very different way. I am considering contacting the newspapers and then pursuing legal action. We are waiting for a response from you; it has been enough, 1 month already.
