I Missed My International Flight Due to Turkish Airlines's Delay

I had a flight from Malatya to Istanbul and then to Canada. I booked the Istanbul flight with THY. In the morning, they said the Istanbul flight would be delayed due to fog. They took us to the apron at 14:00, said the flight would take off at 16:00, and then announced at 16:30 that the flight was canceled. Meanwhile, two other flights from different companies took off. They assigned our plane to another route and kept us waiting until 16:30 to tell us the flight was canceled. If they had informed us at 12:00, I could have made it to my international flight by car. Not only did I lose my plane ticket, but I also had to buy a new one for ₺45,000. I filed a complaint, demanding compensation for my loss. They shamelessly said their actions were in accordance with the rules. I will not let this go. I will write everywhere about what kind of company you are, how you victimize people instead of serving them, and how you tell them to do whatever they want.
