Turkish Airlines Baggage Shipping Issue
On June 13, 2023, I flew from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Istanbul Airport with Turkish Airlines. The flight itself was very good, but my luggage did not arrive at the designated baggage carousel. When I went to the Turkish Airlines baggage claim office, they told me to check again. Later, it was discovered that my luggage was left behind at Amsterdam Airport and was not shipped. Despite informing them that my luggage contained perishable items and had a good lock, my lock was broken, my luggage was damaged, and Turkish Airlines did not even send my luggage. (My luggage was shipped to my home 48 hours later by KLM Airlines.) Although Turkish Airlines is the only company we trust in Turkey, I was deeply disappointed. I expected you to deliver my luggage and send an apology message.
