Turkish Airlines Baggage Misdelivery and Flight Changes
On my return flight from Cyprus to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines, my baggage was supposed to be delivered to Istanbul Airport but was instead sent to Sabiha Gokcen Airport. I was told that it would be delivered to my home by 1 PM, but it still hadn't arrived by 2 AM, and no information was provided. I called the lost baggage department multiple times and was repeatedly told that it would arrive soon. Additionally, our flights were changed three times, causing us inconvenience and leading to an extra day's hotel charge. We were also redirected to Istanbul Airport while our flights were initially scheduled from Sabiha Gokcen, resulting in an additional payment for the Havaist bus. Who is going to compensate me for these losses? We paid money only to be disappointed. Turkish Airlines, you have let us down greatly. You cannot treat people this way. It's a shame for such a big company.
