Flight Delays and Lost Luggage on Turkish Airlines

On September 1, my luggage was lost on a flight from Istanbul to Mardin at 11:30 a.m. Even worse, the time of the flight back on September 8th was changed. Even though I had already agreed to this change, the lost luggage messed up my plans. I tried to change my flight, but I didn't hear anything back. Turkish Airlines flights are also often late, which adds to the list of problems. When we tell the staff about our problems, they treat us badly.
