When I asked if I needed to bring the broken suitcase while getting the new one, they said, 'No, it's already broken.' I called them a few times afterward, but they still didn't have a suitcase. So, I went to the airport in my city, explained the situation, and requested a new suitcase. They informed me that they couldn't provide a new one without the broken suitcase in smaller cities, and I could get it from an airport in a larger city. I then asked a relative to inquire at the Istanbul airport. They also said they couldn't provide a new suitcase without the broken one. These events occurred a few months after my flight. I contacted Turkish Airlines customer service, explained the situation, and they created a report and gave me a tracking number. However, despite calling multiple times over the past 2-3 months to check on the report's status, there has been no progress, and I keep getting responses like 'We are expediting it.' I want this issue to be resolved as promised as soon as possible.
