Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage But Didn't Resolve It

I flew from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Trabzon Airport on September 17, 2023. I received my luggage damaged and filed the necessary report right away. Following that, I communicated with the airline via email, but the process became difficult. They demanded invoices for luggage given to students by an official institution, as well as a repair invoice if repairs were performed. Turkish Airlines extended the process in this way despite my repeated explanations that there was no gift invoice for the suitcase. They tested my patience by insisting on invoices and repair documentation over and over. They responded negatively a month later, effectively halting the process. The damage to my luggage should be visible on camera. I am seeking restitution for my losses. Furthermore, a collapsible handle on the suitcase was damaged, which I didn't notice at the airport, and the suitcase's structure was compromised. Turkish Airlines appears to be more concerned with thwarting the process than with serving the customer.
