Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage and Gave Me the Wrong Replacement

On September 6, 2023, I flew Turkish Airlines (THY) from Istanbul to Trabzon and received my suitcase damaged. In the lost luggage department, I had to fill out a form. I returned my old suitcase and received a new one a few days later. I was in a hurry because of airport parking issues, and I may not have realized at the time that they had given me a smaller suitcase. The airport staff did not either. When I opened the suitcase two days later to pack my daughter's belongings, I was surprised to find it much smaller. I immediately contacted the lost luggage department and asked that the security camera footage be reviewed. I informed them that they had given me the incorrect suitcase and that I wanted my old one back. They, unfortunately, refused to assist. I contacted Turkish Airlines, but the problem has not been resolved after a month. My suitcase, along with its tag, is in my room, and seeing it bothers me. I'm most upset because I was duped. All I want is my own suitcase back. I would appreciate any help you can give me with this.
