THY Flight Rescheduling Issues
THY rescheduled our 8:10 flight to 12:00 without any reason, just to accommodate passengers from previously canceled flights. Since their system did not allow check-in until 2 days before, we couldn't check in and despite being at the check-in point 1 hour before, our flight was moved to 12:00. This inconvenience, without any explanation, is nothing but poor planning. A company like THY, prioritizing its own interests, is causing such inconvenience to its passengers. Due to our flight being rescheduled to 12:00, we missed the first day of the tour we had already paid for. Despite doing everything as required, we were inconvenienced due to circumstances beyond our control. THY is not as good a company as we thought. This lack of planning is unacceptable.
