Dear Mr. Abdullah Tolga, your August 14th TK2235 Gaziantep (GZT) - Istanbul (IST) flight has been canceled due to operational reasons. For detailed information and free change processes related to your SHG5AD reservation, please visit our mobile app or website at Air.TK/ticket. Thank you for your understanding. I was inconvenienced because my flight was canceled. For flights outside of this time, I either need to take a day off from work, go earlier, or wait at the airport for hours. I am requesting flight compensation due to my legal rights. Customer service is very unresponsive and not helpful at all. They say it was canceled for operational reasons as if it is normal. They say there is nothing they can do. This approach does not suit THY's brand value.
