I Was Unable to Change My Turkish Airlines Ticket

I wanted to make a change for my flight with ticket number 2352219654650 dated 04/05/2024. Although I purchased my ticket through the Anadolu Jet app, I received feedback that the change should be made through Turkish Airlines because it is a TK flight. When I contacted Turkish Airlines, I was informed that they do not have the right to change the ticket. I had several conversations with the customer representatives of both companies, but I saw that no actions were taken to resolve my issue. It is disappointing to see that Turkish Airlines, which is on the way to becoming the world's largest airline, and its subsidiary Anadolu Jet, offer a free change option when selling tickets but fail to honor it, causing inconvenience to their customers. I canceled my ticket due to this unlawful and indifferent practice. Please be assured that I will pursue the necessary legal actions, and I request you to act in a manner befitting your reputation.
