Fisher-Price Magnetic Puzzle Pieces Do Not Stick and Keep Falling Off

I purchased the Fisher-Price magnetic refrigerator puzzle toy from a Şok Market store approximately 15 days ago. We have been using the product since the first day, but the magnets do not stick properly to the refrigerator, the pieces remain raised instead of lying flat, and they constantly fall off. It is very disappointing that a product purchased for a young child is this impractical and lacks durability.

Since this issue has continued from the day I purchased the product, I now believe that it is caused by a manufacturing problem. I currently do not have the receipt or invoice, but I would like to specifically state that the product was purchased from Şok Market.

I request that Fisher-Price inspect this magnetic refrigerator puzzle toy purchased from Şok Market, evaluate it as a defective product, and provide me with a replacement.
