Fisher-Price Koala Sleep Soother Breathing Function Stopped After 10 Days

I purchased the Fisher-Price Koala Sleep Soother through Trendyol on February 2. My daughter was born in March, and we used the product without any issues for approximately 10 days. However, after the 10th day, the koala’s breathing function stopped working properly. The breathing sound no longer plays correctly, the product starts to imitate breathing and then immediately stops, meaning it no longer performs its intended function.

The fact that this product, which I purchased for my newborn baby, stopped working after such a short time has both worried and inconvenienced me. My Trendyol order number is #10928190371. Since I believe the product is defective, I request that my Fisher-Price Koala Sleep Soother be replaced with a new one.

I kindly request that I receive a response as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved promptly.
