Fisher-Price HLV82 Potty Has a Design Flaw Causing Urine Splashing

I purchased the Fisher-Price 3-in-1 Potty (model HLV82) from the Toyzade store on Amazon to help my son with toilet training. I bought the product one or two months before starting the training process, and we have been actively using it for about a week. However, we have experienced the same problem since the very first day of use.

My son is a boy, and almost every time he uses the potty, the same issue occurs. When he urinates, the liquid splashes out through the divider areas and reaches the floor, leaving the surrounding area constantly wet. I purchased a specially designed toilet-training product from a well-known brand, so encountering such a basic design flaw has been extremely disappointing. I paid approximately $32 for this product, yet I have never experienced a similar problem even with much cheaper products. I previously used a more affordable brand for my daughter and never had this issue. The amount was converted using the current TRY/USD exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

So far, I have not contacted the seller or Fisher-Price customer service, and honestly, I do not know how to reach them. Therefore, I expect Fisher-Price to contact me regarding this complaint and provide assistance with the problem I have experienced. Since the product design is not practical for my son and causes urine to splash onto the floor every time it is used, I request that the product be returned and that the full amount I paid be refunded.

I kindly ask that this issue be taken seriously and that necessary improvements be made to the product design to prevent similar problems for other families.
