Hello, I am K*** C****. I purchased a ticket from AnadoluJet, and a schedule change was applied to my ticket. When I wanted to use the free change right granted to customers, I called AnadoluJet and was directed to Turkish Airlines (THY). The THY customer representative offered two options, stating that they could not support flights from Sabiha Gokcen: either cancel the ticket or change it from Istanbul Airport. I mentioned that I reside on the Anatolian side and did not want a refund for my ticket. I was told to open a complaint request with the customer communication center, and I created my complaint request with reference number TK-10566762. In the response to my request, they informed me that they could not offer a positive solution. When I called customer service again, they said they could not help but could make a one-time change to Istanbul Airport. I believe that causing inconvenience to customers, being completely separated from AnadoluJet, not providing support for your Sabiha Gokcen line, and locking the system in this way, causing so many customers to suffer, does not suit the quality of Turkish Airlines. I condemn you for this situation and want to state that I will not choose Turkish Airlines again, and I will share this situation with all my acquaintances and on social media. Additionally, I will defend my rights in the Consumer Rights Court.
