I Face Fruugo Fake Product Issues After Receiving A Misleading Dinosaur Book

We purchased the “Dinosaur Encyclopedia Pop Up” book through Fruugo under order number 231646628. The book shown in the listing appeared to be an original product with approximately 12 pages, and we made the purchase based on these images and the product description. However, the product we received was a fake item that does not match the original book in any way and only contains 3 pages. I believe this situation is clearly misleading.

We received the product through a shipment with barcode number LI006046955CN. In addition to the book price, we were charged a shipping fee that was almost equal to the cost of the book, and we paid approximately $24 in total. When we wanted to return the product, we were then asked to pay approximately $44 for the return process. Being sent a counterfeit product and then being asked to pay such a high return cost has caused us serious inconvenience.

I request a full refund of the approximately $24 I paid, including the shipping fee. I also request that Fruugo investigate this seller and take the necessary action to prevent other customers from experiencing similar problems.
