Subject: Issues with Flight Reservation and Request for Resolution
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a customer of Turkish Airlines. Last night, I attempted to purchase a ticket for the Hong Kong - Istanbul return flight on April 23rd through the Turkish Airlines mobile application. Despite making three payments through the app, my flight reservation was not completed.
Upon realizing this issue, I immediately contacted Turkish Airlines customer service. The representatives informed me that there was a system update and advised me to call back in the morning. In the morning, the payments were refunded to my card. However, when I tried to purchase the ticket again, the reservation still did not go through, and the amount was deducted from my card.
I spoke with four different Turkish Airlines customer service representatives to resolve this issue, but none of them provided a satisfactory solution. This situation is unbecoming of a reputable brand like Turkish Airlines.
Therefore, I request that this inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible and that the necessary steps be taken to address my grievance. Otherwise, I will be compelled to initiate legal proceedings.
