Lost Luggage by Turkish Airlines on Istanbul to Shiraz Flight
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint on behalf of my brother and his friend. They arrived at Shiraz Airport, Iran, on July 3, 2024, via a Turkish Airlines (THY) flight from Istanbul. Unfortunately, they could not retrieve their luggage upon arrival in Iran as it was reported missing. The tracking numbers for the forms they filled out regarding this issue are attached. They were unable to find any officials at the destination airport to file a report. These bags need to be located urgently as my brother and his friend work on international ships and will be leaving Iran in a few days. Therefore, this issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible. When I contacted THY customer service, the representative mentioned that resolving this issue could take days and that the location of the luggage is unknown. Currently, my brother and his friend do not have any belongings to use, and if they have to board the ship in a hurry, the severity of this problem will increase. I kindly request your assistance in locating and delivering these bags to them as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your help.
