I Missed a Turkish Airlines Flight Abroad Due to False Statements

I arrived at Istanbul Airport around 17:00 for the 20:15 flight to Bishkek on 05/07/2024. I bought my ticket quickly. The boarding time for the Turkish Airlines Bishkek flight, as shown in the attached photo, was 19:15, but the gate number was not listed on the ticket. While checking the flight information screen, I suddenly saw that the Bishkek flight gate had closed. I ran to gate A10 and asked a Turkish Airlines employee what to do. He told me to go to gate A, where someone would assist me. I searched from gate A10 to gate A1 and even to a lower gate, but realized I had been misled. Another airline employee then directed me to the THY ticket assistance service, but I missed the flight due to this misinformation. When I showed my ticket to the attendant at the counter, I was told I couldn’t board and that I would need to pay ₺37,000 for the 23:55 flight or ₺23,000 for the 04:00 flight. Many other passengers faced similar issues and had to repurchase expensive tickets. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford the additional fee. If Turkish Airlines had clearer information on their tickets, this wouldn't have happened. I had bought my ticket a year in advance and paid $620 for a tour. I work in a prison under difficult conditions, and it was hard to get leave. This situation has worsened my already poor mental state, causing both financial and emotional distress. I rarely travel abroad, and this experience has been very upsetting. The gate closing time and boarding time should be clearly stated on the ticket. There was also a Bishkek flight from Sabiha Gökcen Airport at the same time that I missed due to the confusion at Istanbul Airport. While talking to the Turkish Airlines official, the plane was still boarding. If the boarding time on the ticket had been clearer, I might have made it. As a result, I couldn’t go to Bishkek, and my return flight ticket was also wasted. I was told that part of my Turkish Airlines ticket would be refunded, but I haven’t received any signed or unsigned documentation. I request compensation for my tour fee and my financial and emotional losses due to the missed flights to and from Bishkek. Please address my concerns and resolve this matter fairly.
