I Experienced Inconvenience Due To Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation
On 22-02-2024, I had a connecting flight from Antalya to Istanbul at 19:30, and then from Istanbul to Ercan at 22:05. However, my first flight was delayed without any reason given, causing me to miss my connecting flight. My ticket was changed, and instead of flying to Ercan at 22:05, I had to fly at 01:45. I had previously arranged for a vehicle to pick me up upon arrival, but due to this change, I had to cancel it and wait an additional 3 hours and 30 minutes at the airport. Your company does not mention any compensation for the inconvenience caused. When I contacted customer service for food, drink, or transportation upon arrival, the airport staff replied, 'We do not handle this issue, you can file a complaint.' As a customer-focused company, this situation is unacceptable.
