Turkish Airlines Flight Delay Issues on Istanbul-Ankara-Diyarbakir Route

I would like to share the issues I experienced on 20.06.2023 with my connecting flights from Istanbul to Ankara and Ankara to Diyarbakir. Due to a delay in the flight, I was informed that I would not be able to catch my connecting flight from Ankara to Diyarbakir, and thus, I could not complete my journey. Following the staff's direction, I went to the Turkish Airlines transfer desk, but they could not find a flight to Diyarbakir or nearby areas, and no solution was provided for my issue. I have the relevant document in hand. Later, I managed to find a flight to Malatya with great difficulty on my own. Despite making multiple claims, my requests were denied, and I hope you can assist me with this matter. I will upload the documents, and in addition, the expenses for the flight I took to Malatya were not covered, nor were any services such as accommodation and food provided. On this journey, which I embarked on to take a single flight, I had to spend the equivalent of three flights and was left stranded at the airport.
