Turkish Airlines confiscated my flight miles, and I wasn’t able to book a ticket. I tried again this morning, but by then the ticket price had doubled, so I couldn’t buy it. It feels like they’re doing this on purpose and deliberately preventing me from using my miles. I’ve earned those miles through my travels and expected to use them fairly, but that hasn’t been the case. Their system either fails or resets every time I get close to booking. They couldn’t give me any explanation over the phone, and this whole experience has made me lose trust in them. I’ll make sure to share this with everyone.
