Turkish Airlines Suspended My Account After Using Miles for a Gift Ticket
I used my Turkish Airlines account (TK778183255) to arrange a gift ticket for a friend using my miles. At the airport, my friend was asked, “Did you purchase the ticket with money or miles?” Since they were unfamiliar with miles, they simply replied, “My friend arranged it.”
Following this, Turkish Airlines suspended my account without explanation. Despite providing the requested passenger details and flight information to reopen my account and restore my miles, they refused to reactivate it.
This treatment is unfair and has caused significant frustration. I demand Turkish Airlines restore my account and the miles I’ve earned. It’s unacceptable to penalize loyal customers for using the service as intended. Please address this immediately.
