You need a Miles&Smiles account to exchange miles for a Turkish Airlines award ticket. Turkish Airlines' website and app allow Miles&Smiles account creation.
After registering for Miles&Smiles, you can start earning miles. Flying Turkish Airlines or their affiliates allows this. You can also earn miles by using a Turkish Airlines credit card or shopping at partner merchants.
Use the Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles award calculator to calculate the miles needed for a free ticket. Your travel date, departure and arrival locations, and preferred service class will be considered by the calculator.
Turkish Airlines has the authority to establish these terms and reserves the right to change them.
