Turkish Airlines Invalidated My Round Trip Tickets Without Informing Me of Time Limits

Turkish Airlines has invalidated round trip tickets between Turkey and France which I bought just before the coronavirus pandemia. I was told I could use the tickets anytime whenever I asked after the pandemia. Since then I couldn't find opportunity to use them. In the previous days, when I asked for using the tickets, I was told there was not any record about my tickets and they were valid in one year. Yet, I was not informed about the process except I could use them anytime! Now, I demand Turkish Airlines to rectify this unjust treatment or to compensate it.
