Turkish Airlines Blocking Usage of Miles with "Shop&Miles"

Turkish Airlines is consistently refusing to allow me to use my miles with "Shop&Miles." I was instructed to send feedback along with my passport details, which I did, yet I've been waiting for two days with no response. While miles are available, it seems that THY is doing everything possible to prevent customers from using them.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that they have completely removed the option to use miles for flights with Anadolu Jet. This is extremely frustrating.
