My Turkish Airlines Miles Vanished - Unexplained Status Miles Reduction

I've encountered an issue with Turkish Airlines where my status miles are being reduced without any explanation or notification. This isn't the first time it's happened - I experienced a similar problem about two years ago, but I couldn't prove it then.
As you can see in the attached photo, my status miles have been arbitrarily decreased. The image also shows the expiration dates of my miles, so they can't claim it's due to expired miles like they did last time. I'm curious to hear what explanation they'll offer this time!
This unexplained reduction in miles is frustrating and undermines my trust in the Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles program. I'm seeking a clear explanation and resolution for this issue.
