Five-Hour Delay on Turkish Airlines International Flight!
Flight number TK1038 8:20 pm Budapest (BUD) - 12:30 am Istanbul (IST) Connecting TK2542 Flight number 1:45 am Istanbul (IST) - 3:40 am Rize Artvin (RZV). My scheduled international connecting flight was delayed for over 5 hours and updated by you as TK2536 7:00 am Istanbul (IST) - 8:55 am Rize Artvin (RZV). I am unable to change the flight date or cancel the ticket based on the options provided for my pre-planned flight. Waiting at the airport for more than 5 hours will result in significant losses for me. I expect my deferred passenger rights to be presented to me, excluding cases of force majeure. Otherwise, I will escalate my complaint to all relevant authorities, particularly the civil aviation authority. I kindly request a review of my complaint and a response from your end.
