Turkish Airlines Delayed Flight Caused Missed Connection and Hotel Loss
On 08.12.2025, I was a passenger on Turkish Airlines flight TK6961 from Konya to Istanbul, which was delayed for approximately 5 hours. Because of this delay, I missed the onward international flight that I had purchased from another airline. During the long waiting period, no effort was made to ensure that I could catch my next flight, and I was not properly supported within the framework of passenger rights. I was not offered any effective solution, alternative arrangement, or guidance, and I was left to deal with the consequences of the delay on my own.
Due to this disruption caused by the delay of the Konya–Istanbul flight, I request that my grievance regarding the missed international flight, my transfer, my international hotel reservation, and all my associated rights be addressed, and that appropriate compensation and support be provided.
