Turkish Airlines Flight TK 7703 Delay Issue

My flight TK 7703 from Baku Heydar Aliyev scheduled at 05:40 on November 15th was initially delayed by 1 hour and 10 minutes. Later, it was announced to depart at 13:45. There was no support or further information provided. We always choose you for reliability and smooth service, but it seems we need to reconsider our choices.

I have been at the airport since 4 AM and will have waited here for about 10 hours until the flight. What kind of organization is this? Shouldn't there be a backup flight? People might have serious commitments or health issues, but there is no seriousness here. Under normal circumstances, accommodation and ticket refunds are required. Are we choosing you to sit on a chair for hours? There are people here who are suffering, but no one to assist.
