On August 19th, I rented a car from Avis-Budget through Trip.com. Trip.com deceived the customer by claiming insurance was included, as shown in the picture. At the Podgorica Airport branch, the Budget employee charged me insurance for the price of the car. He said he wouldn't give me the contract or the €500 deposit back if I didn't pay the fee. Trip.com conspires with rental companies to defraud customers. Because they included the €220 insurance fee in the deposit, my money was professionally stolen. I will never rent through Trip.com or Budget again, anywhere in the world.
