I booked a 7-day car rental through BudgetAir, with pick-up and drop-off at Turin Airport. Upon arriving to collect the car, I was told my reservation was confirmed, but an additional €250 for insurance was required, along with a €300 deposit. To make matters worse, the car provided was different from the one I had reserved. Despite the sales contract clearly stating a daily insurance fee of €7.50, the rental agency refused to honor it, and I was forced to pay the €250. This experience has been deeply frustrating and misleading. I demand a full explanation and refund for the overcharged insurance fees. BudgetAir must ensure their partners adhere to the terms they advertise.
