Transavia Refunded My Ticket but Uygunbilet.com Still Has My Money

I purchased a Transavia Airlines ticket through Uygunbilet.com for a Thessaloniki–Amsterdam flight scheduled for January 4. The booking was made under PNR number NGIB7N, and I paid a total of €406 using my credit card.
Due to adverse weather conditions, the flight was cancelled by the airline. Following the cancellation, I received an email from Transavia confirming that the ticket refund had been processed and transferred to Uygunbilet.com on January 7.
Despite nearly two months having passed since the refund was issued by the airline, Uygunbilet.com has still not returned the €406 ticket amount to my credit card. I am fully aware that the refund was sent to Uygunbilet.com by Transavia, yet the funds have not been forwarded to me.
Approximately ten days ago, I contacted Uygunbilet.com by phone regarding this matter. However, instead of receiving a clear explanation or timeline, the issue was repeatedly postponed and no concrete action was taken. To date, I have not received either my refund or a satisfactory update regarding its status.
As the airline has already completed the refund process and transferred the funds to Uygunbilet.com, there is no valid reason for this continued delay.
I respectfully request that the €406 ticket refund transferred by Transavia to Uygunbilet.com be immediately processed and returned to the credit card used for the original purchase. I also request written confirmation regarding the status of the refund and the date on which it will be completed.
I expect this matter to be resolved without any further delay.
