Turkish Airlines Refund Sent To TKPAY Wallet Instead Of Card - Money Stuck
I purchased a Turkish Airlines ticket with the reservation code UA2EZH and paid for it by credit card on 20.11.2025. I canceled this ticket on 21.11.2025 and clearly requested that the amount I paid be refunded to the same credit card. However, I was later informed that the refund was not issued to my credit card but was instead transferred to something called a TKPAY wallet. This is the first time I have ever heard of TKPAY, and I never requested or approved that the refund be sent there rather than to my credit card. When I questioned this, I was told that I could transfer the amount from TKPAY to my credit card if I wished. When I attempted this, the system displayed an error. The actual account value in TKPAY appears as ₺45,208.96, but the transferable amount is shown as zero. I reported this issue many times by phone and several times through the feedback section of the website under the document number TK-13747782. Despite this, four days have passed and I have still received no response and no solution. I request that the full amount of ₺45,208.96, which is currently visible in my TKPAY wallet but cannot be transferred, be refunded directly to the credit card I originally used, without any further delay, and that I be informed in writing once the refund has been completed. I also request that the technical problem preventing the transfer, as well as the reason the refund was sent to TKPAY without my explicit consent, be investigated and explained.

I have the similar problem Turkish Airline TKPAY Cüzdan is not working properly. Costumer service did not produce any solution since the December 2025.
