My British Airways Refund Is Missing Despite Airline Approval
Through Enuygun.com, I purchased a British Airways flight ticket for January 20, 2026, at 6:30 PM. I canceled this ticket on January 15, 2026. However, despite 128 days having passed, the refund amount of approximately $465 has still not been deposited into my account.
British Airways informed me that the refund amount was transferred to Enuygun on April 16. Throughout May, I contacted Enuygun customer service many times. During every conversation, I was told that the refund had supposedly been processed to my card but that a problem had occurred, and I was asked to provide a new IBAN number. Even after I submitted my IBAN information, I was never given any clear information about when the refund would actually reach my account. I was repeatedly told that the accounting department would contact me, yet I have received no follow-up or update whatsoever.
Despite waiting for a very long time and providing all requested information completely and accurately, the refund still has not been completed, which has caused me serious inconvenience and frustration. I request that the approximately $465 ticket refund be urgently transferred to my account without any additional deductions and that I receive a clear and transparent explanation regarding the status of the process.
