I Have Not Received My Refund From Pegasus

On 13.07.2025, I purchased a ticket from the Pegasus office at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport for Antalya Airport. About 15 minutes after purchasing the ticket, I canceled it. However, even after two months (today is 31.08.2025), the amount of ₺6010 has not been refunded to my bank card. My PNR code is PWL6N7, and the last 4 digits of my payment card are 0999. The Pegasus office claims that the transaction was released on 16.07.2025 at 23:42, but my bank shows no such refund. I have contacted Pegasus customer service and my bank multiple times, but both sides keep directing me to the other, and my problem remains unresolved. In addition, my ticket was not subject to any promotion or special condition. I have been facing this issue for two months and demand that my refund be credited to my bank card as soon as possible.
